Boes & Verrue is a family business founded by auditor and judicial expert Joseph-Michel Boes and his wife, Ingrid Messiaen, in 1985. The company started under the name "BOES & CO" and experienced significant growth in the Flemish textile industry and in the hospital sector. Joseph-Michel Boes's daughter, Stéphanie Boes, joined the business as a certified accountant in 2008.
Together with her husband, Mathias Verrue, who has been working as a corporate auditor at Boes & Verrue since 2016, they are a solid presence in the Kortrijk branch. Yannick Boes, son of Joseph-Michel Boes, made his entrance as corporate auditor in 2020. Together with his wife, Isabelle Theuwis, he manages the Boes & Verrue branch in Hasselt.
